Henry is a seven-year golden retriever who came into the vet’s office for a checkup…well, Henry is not exactly real Golden Retriever. Henry is an augmented reality (AR) canine asset that is incorporated into the VetMed program. AR-Henry simulates the patient’s physical examination component outlined within the PBL curriculum deployed with the help of Microsoft HoloLens.
I worked with a developer to create a working AR demo of Henry, while I created a series of Articulate Storyline eLearning modules to guide student learning. This activity was incorporated into the Canvas LMS and demoed for in-class use.
